Oh yes yet another review and giveaway from the amazing people at Tropical Traditions. I was given the chance to review Tropical Traditions Raw Honey. I use honey with quite a few recipes from dinners to desert and even in my tea. I have gone through quite a few brands of honey and I have run across a few that disappointed me but I must say that the Organic Canadian Raw Honey was NOT one. The first thing I used my raw honey for was Coconut Honey Mustard Dressing which can be found on freecoconutrecipes.com.

A big difference I found with this honey from other I have tried is it is not smooth it feels almost gritty, the “grit” I was feeling are actually crystals which is a characteristic of raw honey that has not been subjected to the same processing methods. This crystallization preserves the flavor and natural goodness within the honey.
